This paper takes the SG04 contract section of Conghua-Huangpu Expressway project in Guangzhou as an example.Through in-depth analysis of the key technologies in the construction process of precast beam erection,combined with the actual key and difficult points of the project,the construction preparation,bearing installation,beam transportation and beam erection are further standardized.It focuses on the beam erection construction technology of bridge erecting machine,the beam erection construction technology of automobile hoisting and related precautions,aiming at ensuring the safety of bridge precast beam erection,reducing the construction period,and improving the construction quality,so as to provide reference for similar engineering.
