襄阳市东西轴线沉管隧道东津对接端采用混凝土封门,待E6和E5管节对接完成后需进行拆除.为解决混凝土封门拆除时作业空间狭小、安全风险高的难题,研究采用钻孔取芯+绳锯切割的方法进行拆除作业.该方法使用取芯机和绳锯设备,根据现场施工实际情况和进度,对混凝土端封门切割点位进行精准定位,并通过千斤顶顶推和挖掘机配合取出混凝土块,为混凝土封门拆除提供了有效指导.
The Dongjin butt end of the immersed tunnel on the east-west axis of Xiangyang City is sealed with concrete,which needs to be removed after the E6 and E5 pipe joints are connected.In order to solve the problems of narrow working space and high safety risk in the removal of concrete sealing doors,the method of drilling and coring and wire saw cutting is studied.This method uses coring machine and wire saw equipment to accurately locate the cutting point of the sealing door at the concrete end according to the actual situation and progress of the site construction,and removes the concrete block through jack pushing and excavator cooperation,which provides effective guidance for the removal of the concrete sealing door.
