为探索超薄磨耗层在水泥混凝土桥面处治中的应用,文章针对桥面平整度较差、桥梁恒载受限的养护难点,通过三维检测技术,分车道连续检测桥面平整度状况,绘制平整度分布曲线,创新采用"精铣刨+超薄磨耗层"处治方案.结果表明,处治前后桥面平整度指数由 69.5提升至 93.7,抗滑性能和厚度均满足要求,因此,此方案能大幅度提升桥面平整度,该项目为此技术的推广应用积累了工程经验.
In order to explore the application of ultra-thin wearing course in cement concrete bridge deck treatment,aiming at the maintenance difficulties of poor flatness of bridge deck and limited dead load of bridge,this paper uses three-dimensional detection technology to continuously detect the flatness of bridge deck in different lanes,draws the flatness distribution curve,and innovatively adopts the treatment scheme of"fine milling+ultra-thin wearing course".The results show that the flatness index of the bridge deck before and after the treatment is increased from 69.5 to 93.7,and the skid resistant performance and thickness meet the requirements.Therefore,this scheme can greatly improve the flatness of the bridge deck,and the project has accumulated engineering experience for the popularization and application of this technology.
