在我国市场经济体制下,建筑企业要想提高自身市场竞争力,获得更好的发展,就要保证建筑工程的造价管理质量.预结算审核作为工程造价管理的重要内容之一,其质量直接影响着工程造价管理效果.因此,文章深入探讨了建筑工程造价预结算审核优化路径,旨在研究如何通过有效的预结算审核流程避免超支,确保造价的合理性与准确性,从而提升企业在激烈的市场竞争中的地位.
Abstract
Under China's market economy system,construction enterprises must ensure the quality of construction project cost management if they want to improve their market competitiveness and achieve better development.As one of the important contents of project cost management,the quality of budget and settlement audit directly affects the effect of project cost management.Therefore,this paper deeply discusses the optimization path of budget and settlement audit of construction project cost,aiming at studying how to avoid overspending through effective budget and settlement audit process and ensure the rationality and accuracy of cost,so as to enhance the position of enterprises in the fierce market competition.
