Expressway plays an important role in urban traffic construction,but in the process of construction,it is necessary to optimize the project quality management to ensure that the quality of the project meets the standards.Starting from the expressway project quality management theory,this paper takes an urban expressway project as an example,introduces the problems existing in the project construction plan and management process,and quality management process,designs the quality management process,and finally puts forward the quality management guarantee strategy of expressway project.It is found that in the process of management process design,it is necessary to focus on the supervision of personnel,equipment and raw materials,so as to ensure that the construction process before,during and after construction meets the design standards and improve the quality of the project.
