深大基坑地下连续墙施工对既有建筑物的影响

文章依托邯郸校区中华经济文化研究中心项目,系统介绍了地下连续墙支护方案及地下连续墙施工工艺.通过现场监测获得了地下连续墙施工过程中周边建筑物不同部位的沉降情况.研究表明,地下连续墙不同阶段对周边建筑物的影响程度差异显著,其中,成槽浇筑阶段影响最大,导墙施工阶段影响次之,开挖施工阶段影响较小,降水施工阶段影响最小.监测点B和E的沉降总体较大,施工过程中应着重监测这两个部位的沉降情况.
The Influence of Underground Continuous Wall Construction of Deep and Large Foundation Pit on Existing Building
Based on the project of China Economic and Cultural Research Center in Handan Campus,this paper systematically introduces the support scheme and construction technology of underground continuous wall.The settlement of different parts of the surrounding buildings during the construction of the underground continuous wall is obtained through on-site monitoring.The research shows that the influence of different stages of underground continuous wall on surrounding buildings is significantly different.Among them,the influence of trenching pouring stage is the largest,the influence of guide wall construction stage is the second,the influence of excavation construction stage is the third,and the influence of dewatering construction stage is the smallest.The settlement of monitoring points B and E is generally large,and the settlement of these two parts should be monitored emphatically during the construction process.
