The Modular Design of Stacked Box-Bottom Frame Structure System for Complex Multi-storey Building
The newly-built comprehensive building in a middle school adopts box steel structure modular building and stacked box-bottom frame structure system, which involves large-span transfer truss and various irregular items. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the structure, this paper follows the principle of seismic performance-based design and sets reasonable performance goals for the structural system and components.Through the elastic analysis under small earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under large earthquake, the seismic performance of the comprehensive building structure is verified. In addition, the elastic analysis of the key component transfer truss under moderate earthquake is also carried out.The comprehensive analysis results show that the stacked box-bottom frame structure system adopted in the comprehensive building can achieve the established seismic performance goal.
