摘要
文章通过深入分析深圳市工业用地转型背景,以及绿色生态城市更新单元的定义、特征、重要性等方面,结合案例分析,总结了工业区绿色生态城市更新单元规划设计理念、方法与技术,进行了案例分析.研究结果表明,科学的规划设计能促进工业结构转型升级,提升城市环境品质,提高资源利用效率,促进城市可持续发展,为工业区的发展注入新动力.
Abstract
Through in-depth analysis of the background of industrial land transformation in Shenzhen,as well as the definition,characteristics and importance of green ecological city renewal unit,combined with case analysis,this paper summarizes the planning and design concepts,methods and techniques of green ecological city renewal unit in industrial area,and finally carries out case analysis.The results show that scientific planning and design can promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,improve the quality of urban environment,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,promote the sustainable development of the city,and inject new impetus into the development of industrial areas.
