Research on Space Design of Erdos Talent Science and Technology Innovation Center Based on BIM Technology
At present,the application of digital and information technology in the field of architecture and design is gradually deepening.Among them,the application of BIM technology can improve the efficiency of design and construction,optimize the space design,and become the focus of innovation in the field of architecture and design.Taking Ordos Talent Science and Technology Innovation Center as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the application of BIM technology in planning,preliminary design and construction drawing design stage,and provides a series of process and result demonstration based on empirical research.The research shows that BIM technology has significant advantages in scheme comparison and selection,building index feedback,emergency evacuation simulation,green building analysis,electromechanical pipeline planning and other important links.The project especially highlights how to optimize the design and improve the implementation efficiency through the application of modeling,simulation and pipeline comprehensive work in the construction drawing design stage.In the part of innovation practice,the combination of BIM technology,UAV technology and modular design is also explored,which makes the communication and decision-making in the design and construction process more efficient.
