The Combination of Mountainous Residential Area Planning and Geotechnical Design—Taking FG2018-7 Plot Project in Fuyuan County as an Example
In the process of urbanization,the planning of mountainous residence projects is particularly important.This paper first expounds the planning principles of mountainous residence projects,and then discusses its planning process and methods,including data collection and analysis,goal setting and planning,scheme design and evaluation,implementation and supervision.Finally,taking FG2018-7 plot project in Fuyuan County as an example,the geographical location,project indicators,site conditions and landscape planning are analyzed in detail.Through this case,it shows the application and effect of mountainous residence project planning in practical operation.The research shows that scientific planning and environmentally-friendly and sustainable design concept are the key to realize the sustainable development of mountainous residence projects.
