摘要

文章以广州市增城区某污水处理厂为例,对其汛期超设计水量运行能力进行了分析,包括一级处理单元、生化池、二沉池、深度处理单元、污泥处理系统的运行分析,以及处理出水效果分析.研究表明,在未进行工程扩容或提标改造的情况下,汛期最大处理水量约为设计处理规模的1.5倍;制约污水厂超设计水量处理能力上限的关键环节为一级处理单元和二沉池;通过调整加药、曝气等运营手段调节生化池及深度处理等工艺,污水的处理能力较强.

Abstract

Taking a sewage treatment plant in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the operation capacity of over-designed water volume in flood season,including the operation analysis of primary treatment unit,biochemical tank,secondary sedimentation tank,advanced treatment unit and sludge treatment system,as well as the analysis of effluent effect of treatment.The research shows that the maximum treatment capacity in flood season is about 1.5 times of the designed treatment scale without engineering expansion or upgrading;the key links restricting the upper limit of the over-designed water volume treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant are the primary treatment unit and the secondary sedimentation tank;by adjusting the operation means such as dosing and aeration to adjust the biochemical tank and advanced treatment process,the sewage treatment capacity is strong.
