摘要

为探讨矮塔斜拉桥斜拉索张拉工艺对桥梁结构性能的影响,文章以双塔双索江汉运河特大桥为研究对象,在具体论述斜拉索施工流程及张拉工艺的基础上,通过现场监测技术,综合评价了斜拉索张拉过程中桥梁结构关键构件的受力特点及施工效果.结果表明,合理的斜拉索施工及张拉工艺能有效避免索塔塔柱、混凝土主梁、索塔拉索锚固区出现不利受力状态,进而提升了斜拉桥的服役性能.

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of the stayed cable tensioning process on the structural performance of the extradosed cable-stayed bridge,this paper takes the double-tower double-cable Jianghan Canal Extra-large Bridge as the research object.On the basis of the detailed discussion of the stayed cable construction process and tensioning process,the stress characteristics and construction effects of the key components of the bridge structure during the stayed cable tensioning process are comprehensively evaluated through on-site monitoring technology.The results show that the reasonable stayed cable construction and tensioning process can effectively avoid the adverse stress state of the cable tower column,the concrete main beam and the cable anchorage zone of the cable tower,and then improve the service performance of the cable-stayed bridge.
