双侧壁法在大观亭隧道开挖V级围岩段中的应用研究

针对大观亭隧道使用预留核心土法过Ⅴ级围岩段所遇到的问题,文章分析了大观亭隧道围岩破碎、围岩变形破坏的特征,在大观亭隧道开挖Ⅴ级围岩段采用了双侧壁法,相比于使用预留核心土法,使用双侧壁法开挖后,隧道周边位移减少了约4 mm,减小了约40%的周边位移量,拱顶位移减少了约3 mm,减小了约35%的沉降量,同时地表沉降量也大幅减小.研究表明,Ⅴ级围岩段使用双侧壁法,可以提高隧道变形稳定效率,同时降低隧道顶板以及地表沉降,相比预留核心土法,双侧壁法更适用于Ⅴ级围岩工况.
Research on the Application of Double Sidewall Method in Excavation of Grade V Surrounding Rock Section of Daguanting Tunnel
In view of the problems encountered in the Daguanting tunnel using the reserved core soil method to cross the grade V surrounding rock section,this paper analyzes the characteristics of surrounding rock fragmentation and deformation failure in Daguanting tunnel.The double sidewall method is adopted in the excavation of grade V surrounding rock section of Daguanting tunnel.Compared with the reserved core soil method,after the adoption of double sidewall method for excavation,the surrounding displacement of the tunnel is reduced by about 4 mm,which is about 40%of the surrounding displacement;the vault displacement is reduced by about 3 mm,the settlement is reduced by about 35%;and the surface settlement is also greatly reduced.The results show that the double sidewall method can improve the stability efficiency of tunnel deformation and reduce the settlement of tunnel roof and ground surface.Compared with the reserved core soil method,the double sidewall method is more suitable for the working condition of grade V surrounding rock.
