Research on Construction Technology and Quality Control Measure for Punched Pile of Highway Bridge
The punched pile has advantages of simple operation,strong applicability,good economy and large bearing capacity of single pile,which is widely used in highway bridge construction.In order to study the pile forming process and technical characteristics of punched piles,taking the newly-built Z bridge in Bazhou District of Bazhong City as the engineering background,based on the application of theoretical knowledge and the summary of practical experience,this paper analyzes the construction points of punched piles,and puts forward the quality control measures.After the finished pile quality inspection,the proportion of class Ⅰ piles is 94.4%,the proportion of class Ⅱ piles is 5.6%,and there are no class Ⅲ piles and class Ⅳpiles.The construction effect has reached the engineering expectation.
