主线与匝道共墩三层桥各层梁同步架设施工技术研究

文章以广州新白云国际机场第二高速公路南段工程SG03合同段为背景,对上层主线、中层匝道B匝道、下层匝道共墩三层桥的下构及架梁施工方案进行研究与优化,并提出了施工关键技术,包括架桥机吊装钢丝绳及吊具、梁体吊点捆绑位置、运梁车转换等.文章重点研究如何实现共墩三层桥各层梁体同步架设,有效避免常规施工方法中的下构及架梁施工相互制约的问题.
Research on Synchronous Erection Construction Technology of Beams on Each Layer of Three-layer Bridge with Common Pier for Main Line and Ramp
Based on the SG03 contract section in the southern section engineering of Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Second Expressway,this paper studies and optimizes the construction scheme of the substructure and beam erection of the three-layer bridge whose upper main line,middle ramp B and lower ramp have common piers,and puts forward the key construction technologies,including the hoisting steel rope and lifting sling of the bridge erecting machine,the binding position of the beam lifting point,and the conversion of the beam transport vehicle.It focuses on how to realize the synchronous erection of the beams on each layer of the three-layer bridge with common piers,so as to effectively avoid the problem of mutual restriction between the substructure and the beam erection construction with conventional construction method.
