Research on the Construction Technology of UHPC Steel Bridge Deck Pavement
Aiming at the problem of low shear strength of bridge deck pavement,this paper studies the construction technology of Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC)steel bridge deck pavement.Taking the bridge deck pavement construction of Shennong Lake Bridge as an example,on the basis of clarifying its engineering overview,the pavement construction is completed through the construction technologies of steel box girder mixing processing,sand blasting for rust removal and structural welding,anti-corrosion coating spraying and steel mesh binding,UHPC paving and maintenance of UHPC steel main bridge.By analyzing the implementation effect of the engineering,it is proved that the shear strength of the bridge deck is significantly improved and the service life of the bridge deck is prolonged by implementing the construction process.
