文章以格鲁吉亚古多里隧道二氧化碳(CO2)突涌条件下施工为例,围绕隧道施工过程中遇CO2 气体突涌,采取"测、通、探、堵、排、防"六大方面的综合措施,确保隧道有毒有害气体能够得到有效防治,施工能够顺利进行,施工人员的生命安全得到保障.采取综合措施后,施工环境满足安全单位的管理要求及标准,符合当地职业健康安全的要求,应急隧道和并行的隧道掘进机(TMB)隧道得以顺利建设完成,施工环境满足技术要求.
Research on Construction Technology of CO2 Inrush Prevention and Control in Gudauri Tunnel in Georgia
Taking the construction of Gudauri Tunnel in Georgia under the condition of carbon dioxide(CO2)inrush as an example,this paper focuses on the CO2 gas inrush in the process of tunnel construction,and adopts comprehensive measures from six aspects of"measurement,ventilation,detection,blocking,drainage and prevention"to ensure that the toxic and harmful gases in the tunnel can be effectively prevented and controlled,the construction can be carried out smoothly,and the life safety of the construction personnel can be guaranteed.After taking comprehensive measures,the construction environment meets the management requirements and standards of the safety unit,and meets the requirements of local occupational health and safety;the emergency tunnel and the parallel tunnel boring machine(TMB)tunnel are successfully completed,and the construction environment meets the technical requirements.
