The Secondary Lining Construction Process and Effect Analysis in Tunnel Construction
In order to solve the problems existing in the tunnel secondary lining construction and improve the construction efficiency and quality,taking the Kahaluo No.2 tunnel as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of the tunnel engineering and points out the overall construction scheme of the tunnel engineering,and expounds the secondary lining construction technology in detail from three links of inverted arch construction,secondary lining construction and vault grouting with formwork construction,and analyzes the construction effect.The research shows that the secondary lining construction can improve the stability of the tunnel vault,and has the advantages of high efficiency,less consumables and short working hours,and has achieved good comprehensive construction benefits.
