摘要
针对传统永磁同步电机(PMSM)的滑模估算算法困难及难于用数字化实现等缺点,文章提出一种新型的PMSM无位置滑模估算算法,通过AD模块采样电机的三相电流,经过Clark变换-Park变换-Clark逆变换,能适用任意PMSM的位置估算,同时对交流感应电机也同样适用.经验证改进后,该算法简单、通用性强、可靠性高,有效提升了系统精度,电机在全速段可以保持良好的估算性能,具有一定的经济和社会应用价值.
Abstract
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)such as difficulty in sliding mode estimation algorithm and digital implementation,a new position-free sliding mode estimation algorithm of PMSM is proposed.The three-phase current of the motor is sampled by the AD module,and through Clark transform-Park transform-Clark inverse transform,it can be applied to position estimation of any PMSM and also applicable to AC induction motors at the same time.After verification and improvement,the algorithm is simple,versatile and reliable,which effectively improves the precision of the system.The motor can maintain good estimation performance in the full speed range,and has certain economic and social application value.
