UHPC在高速公路桥面接缝施工中的应用研究

为解决高速公路新旧桥面接缝施工材料拉应力和耐久性不足的问题,以超高性能混凝土为原料,运用室内试验的方法,研究了不同水胶比对超高性能凝土工作性能、力学性能的影响规律.研究结果表明,在设计配合比条件下,超高性能混凝土水胶比为0.16时,坍落扩展度达到690 mm,28 d抗压强度达到141 MPa,能满足大部分施工要求.将超高性能混凝土应用于桥梁接缝施工中,应用效果良好,验证了该方案的可行性,可为后期同类型工程提供参考.
Research on the Application of UHPC in the Construction of Expressway Bridge Deck Joint
In order to solve the problem of insufficient tensile stress and durability of construction materials for new and old bridge deck joints of expressways,the influence law of different water to binder ratios on the working performance and mechanical properties of UHPC is studied by using UHPC as raw materials and indoor test method.The results show that under the condition of design mixture proportion,when the water to binder ratio of UHPC is 0.16,the slump flow reaches 690 mm,and the 28 d compressive strength reaches 141 MPa,which can meet most of the construction requirements.The application of UHPC in bridge joint construction has a good application effect,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme and can provide reference for similar engineering in the future.
