Research on Treatment of Site Liquefied Sand with Compacted Gravel Pile
Sand liquefaction,as a kind of earthquake disaster,will lead to problems such as sand blasting,water gushing and foundation damage.Based on the Moon Bay seawall engineering,this paper adopts the standard method to judge the liquefaction of site filling sand.In order to eliminate the liquefaction settlement of filling sand,the treatment measures of compacted gravel pile are put forward.Through standard penetration test,heavy dynamic penetration test and composite foundation load test,the treatment effect of compacted gravel pile is evaluated,and the bearing capacity of the foundation after treatment is reviewed.The research shows that the compacted gravel pile treatment has a better effect on improving the standard penetration count of deep foundation soil,and the sand filling layer of the site changes from slight liquefaction to non-liquefaction;the blow count on most of the three test piles is more than 7,which shows that most of the piles are in a dense state;the foundation bearing capacity of the soil layer reinforced by compacted gravel pile is significantly improved,which meets the design requirements.
