机制砂应用常见问题及生产工艺改进措施研究

摘要
为改进机制砂的生产工艺,文章以S211安吉至洞头公路洞头霓屿至北岙段工程TJ01标段项目为研究背景,论述了机制砂细度模数、颗粒分布、颗粒形状的技术指标,对干法生产工艺进行改进,调整了机制砂的砂石总量及配合比,对生产车间采取喷淋除尘的措施,解决砂石生产中灰尘过大的问题.结果表明,优化机制砂的生产工艺,有利于提高机制砂生产效率和产量,可使机制砂的生产更加规范化.
Abstract
In order to improve the production process of manufactured sand,this paper discusses the technical indexes of fineness modulus,particle distribution and particle shape of manufactured sand based on the research background of TJ01 bid section project of Niyu to Bei'ao section in Dongtou on S211 Anji-Dongtou highway,improves the dry production process,adjusts the total amount and mixture proportion of sand and gravel in manufactured sand,and takes the measures of spraying for dust removal in the production workshop to solve the problem of excessive dust in the production of sand and gravel.The results show that optimizing the production process of manufactured sand is beneficial to improve the production efficiency and yield of manufactured sand,and can make the production of manufactured sand more standardized.
