Analysis on Construction Project Management Factor Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
The analysis of construction project management factors based on Analytic Hierarchy Process is a systematic method, which decomposes the complex construction project management problems into multiple levels and factors by constructing a hierarchical structure model. This paper first determines the main factors affecting construction project management, including project cost, schedule, quality, safety and environment, and then makes a quantitative analysis of these factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process, and obtains the relative weight of each factor through expert scoring and matrix calculation. The results show that project quality and safety are the most important factors, followed by cost and schedule management.According to the research results, some suggestions are put forward to optimize the construction project management,so as to improve the overall level of construction project management.
