Research on Risk Control and Management Measure of Overseas Engineering Project Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
In order to ensure that the engineering quality of the camp K project in Saudi Arabia meets the standards and effectively prevent the occurrence of various safety risks,this paper establishes a set of targeted risk index system for the project.In the process of evaluation,the risk factor set,risk evaluation set,judgment matrix and the weight of each factor are analyzed in detail.Based on the above analysis,through the scientific risk evaluation system and calculation method,the project risk level is assessed objectively and accurately.According to the assessment results,a series of risk control measures for fire,explosion,electric shock,vehicle accidents and mechanical injuries are proposed to effectively prevent and deal with possible risks,so as to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the whole construction process.
