摘要
文章分析了当前制约公路工程建设项目安全生产标准化的因素,并从安全责任落实、安全体系建设、安全经费保障、安全现场管控四个方面出发,研究了公路工程建设项目安全生产标准化措施,研究表明,在推进公路工程建设项目安全生产标准化建设方面,落实全员安全责任是前提,完善安全管理体系是根本,加大安全投入是保障,强化现场应用是核心.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the factors that restrict the standardization of safe production in highway engineering construction projects at present,and studies the standardization measures of safe production in highway engineering construction projects from four aspects:the implementation of safety responsibility,the construction of safety system,the guarantee of safety funds and the control of safety field.The research shows that in promoting the safe production standardization construction in highway engineering construction projects,the implementation of all staff safety responsibility is the premise,the improvement of safety management system is the foundation,the increase of safety investment is the guarantee,and the strengthening of field application is the core.
