Analysis on Self-monitoring Problem and Countermeasure of Pollutant Discharging Unit in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
Self-monitoring refers to the environment monitoring activities organized and carried out by pollutant discharging units in accordance with relevant laws,regulations and technical specifications to grasp the pollutant discharge status and its impact on the surrounding environment.In recent years,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has comprehensively promoted the monitoring of pollution sources,focusing on the special inspection of self-monitoring by pollutant discharging units.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of self-monitoring work of pollutant discharging units in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
