聊城市茌平区地下水超采区综合整治措施研究

摘要
水是关系人类生存与发展的重要自然资源,是经济增长、社会进步不可或缺的物质基础.但是,在以往的城市发展过程中,地下水超采问题较为严重,影响了经济的可持续发展,对自然生态造成了较大破坏.文章以聊城市茌平区地下水超采整治为例,提出相关措施和策略,以期为类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
Water is an important natural resource related to human survival and development,and is an indispensable material basis for economic growth and social progress.However,in the past process of urban development,the problem of groundwater over-development was serious,which affected the sustainable development of the economy and caused great damage to the natural ecology.Taking the groundwater over-development treatment in Chiping District of Liaocheng City as an example,this paper puts forward relevant measures and strategies,in order to provide reference for similar engineering.
