摘要
某农村自建房在使用过程中出现了明显的外观质量缺陷与损伤,为了解房屋危险程度,文章对房屋进行了危险性鉴定,结果显示房屋局部处于危险状态.因此,对房屋进行相应的加固修缮方案设计,以提高房屋的整体性能和安全性,保障居民的生命与财产安全.
Abstract
A rural self-built house has obvious appear-ance quality defects and damages in the process of use.In order to understand the risk degree of the house,the risk identification of the house is carried out in this paper.The results show that the house is in a dangerous state locally.Therefore,the corresponding reinforcement repair scheme design of the house is conducted to improve the overall performance and safety of the house and ensure the safety of life and property of the residents.
