摘要

为了保证隧道路面施工质量,文章以四川省九寨沟(甘川界)至绵阳高速公路LM5-1标为研究对象,从矿料级配和最佳油石比两方面分析了特长隧道沥青上面层的配合比设计结果,从下承层处理及沥青混合料的拌和、运输、压实等方面分析了上面层施工工艺要点.同时,提出来上面层的施工安全保障措施,研究成果可为类似项目施工提供指导.

Abstract

In order to ensure the construction quality of tunnel pavement,this paper takes the LM5-1 bid section on Jiuzhaigou(Gansu-Sichuan boundary)to Mianyang Expressway in Sichuan Province as the research object,and analyzes the mixture proportion design results of the asphalt upper surface course of the extra-long tunnel from the aspects of mineral aggregate gradation and optimal oil-stone ratio.The key points of the construction technology of the upper surface course are analyzed from the aspects of lower bearing course treatment and asphalt mixture mixing,transportation and compaction.At the same time,the construction safety guarantee measures of the upper surface course are put forward,and the research results can provide guidance for the construction of similar projects.
