Analysis on the Whole Process Engineering Cost Strategy of Real Estate Project
As China's real estate market enters a period of in-depth adjustment,real estate enterprises generally face the severe challenge of"increasing income without increasing profits".The implementation of whole process refined cost control in engineering construction can effec-tively avoid cost overruns and become the key to improv-ing the profitability of enterprises.Therefore,this paper discusses the role of the whole process cost control,ana-lyzes the problems existing in the cost control of real estate projects,and puts forward the whole process engineering cost control strategy of real estate enterprises from differ-ent stages on this basis,so as to avoid the high engineering cost affecting construction.
