Research on Construction Engineering Schedule Management and Optimization Strategy
Under the background of accelerating urbani-zation,the number of construction engineering projects is increasing year by year,and the amount of resources con-sumed in the process of engineering project construction is increasing.If the engineering project can not be completed on time,the economic benefits of the engineering project will suffer different degrees of loss.In order to solve the above problems,this paper introduces the role of con-struction engineering schedule management,analyzes the optimization methods of construction engineering schedule management in detail,and concludes that in the process of promoting construction engineering projects,optimizing the schedule management system can improve the invest-ment efficiency of engineering projects while ensuring the construction schedule and quality.It is hoped to bring in-spiration to the high-quality development of construction engineering project management and control work.
