Research on the Application of Lean Thinking in the Quality Management of Housing Construction Project
Lean thinking is a management concept with the core of improving the value stream efficiency and re-ducing waste.After years of practice and research,it has been widely used in manufacturing and service industries.However,in the field of quality management of hous-ing construction projects,the application of lean thinking is less.This paper discusses the potential advantages of lean thinking in improving construction quality and re-ducing defects,and puts forward specific implementation methods from three aspects of lean design,construction and management in view of the problems existing in the quality management of housing construction projects.The research results show that lean thinking can effectively improve the quality management level and construction efficiency of housing construction projects,reduce quality risks,and thus enhance the overall competitiveness of the project.In practical application,it is necessary to establish a good team cooperation mechanism,strengthen commu-nication and coordination,and ensure the effective imple-mentation of lean thinking.
