随着建筑工程市场的快速发展,EPC总承包模式的应用越来越广泛.为深入研究EPC总承包模式下结构设计与施工管理的有效措施,提高项目质量与效益,文章采用文献综述与实践相结合的方法,介绍了EPC总承包模式的概念与应用优势,结合工程案例分别探讨结构设计与施工管理的优化策略,旨在为EPC总承包模式的发展提供有益参考,推动行业的持续健康发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of construction engineering market,the application of EPC general con-tracting mode is more and more widely.In order to deep-ly study the effective measures of structural design and construction management under EPC general contracting mode and improve the quality and efficiency of the pro-ject,this paper introduces the concept and application ad-vantages of EPC general contracting mode by combining literature review with practice,and discusses the optimiza-tion strategies of structural design and construction man-agement in combination with engineering cases,aiming at providing useful reference for the development of EPC general contracting mode and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
