Research on the Operation and Management Facility Planning of Huangmaohai Sea-Crossing Highway
In the construction process of Huangmaohai sea-crossing passage engineering,due to the constraints of realistic factors,the main engineering construction of sea-crossing bridge is difficult and technically complex,and the planning and design of operation and management facilities are also difficult.In this regard,this paper combs the layout and location of the maintenance and manage-ment institutions along the whole line,puts forward op-timization suggestions based on the characteristics of the project structure,and gives the construction scale and land use requirements of various institutions.In addition,the requirements of project operation management and main-tenance and management institutions setting for various pipeline layouts are analyzed,and the principles of com-prehensive pipeline layout is proposed.The results show that the reasonable planning of operation and management facilities can provide strong support for the preliminary design of Huangmaohai passage,ensure the coordination between operation and management facility planning and main engineering,give full play to their respective roles,and finally achieve the overall goal of the project.
