Abstract
Highway engineering management is a complex and important field,which needs to consider many fac-tors.This paper puts forward a detailed content description of the key elements of project planning and design,fund management and budget control,construction management and supervision,quality management and safety assurance,covering all aspects of important content and methods.In addition,new strategies such as technological innovation and application,risk management and response,cooper-ation and communication are also discussed in depth for reference.
