摘要

为提升市政道路桥梁工程施工效率与质量,文章结合具体工程实例,针对市政道路桥梁工程的施工环境复杂性、现场管理挑战和材料管理等难点,采用综合项目管理模型(IPMM),从项目启动、执行监控及收尾全过程,对其施工管理及控制措施进行了系统分析,并选取项目完成率、成本控制效率、质量合格率、安全事故率及业主满意度作为评价指标,对其施工管理效果进行了评价.结果表明,优化管理策略和强化现场控制措施的实施,提升了项目管理的透明度和响应性,为保证市政道路桥梁工程施工质量提供了参考和借鉴.

Abstract

In order to improve the construction efficien-cy and quality of municipal road and bridge engineering,combined with specific engineering examples,aiming at the difficulties of construction environment complexity,on-site management challenges and material management of municipal road and bridge engineering,this paper uses IPMM(Integrated Project Management Model)to system-atically analyze the construction management and con-trol measures from the whole process of project start-up,execution monitoring and closing,and selects the project completion rate,cost control efficiency,quality qualifi-cation rate,safety accident rate and owner satisfaction as evaluation indexes to evaluate the construction manage-ment effect.The results show that optimizing the manage-ment strategies and strengthening the implementation of on-site control measures have improved the transparency and responsiveness of project management,and provided reference for ensuring the construction quality of munici-pal road and bridge engineering.
