Research on Construction Management and Cost Control of Demolition Engineering
The construction management and cost control of demolition engineering are the key factors to ensure the progress,quality management and cost control.How to scientifically formulate the construction plan and effec-tively control the cost is the focus of management person-nel.This paper discusses the key points of construction management of demolition engineering from the perspec-tives of construction process,mechanical equipment and construction principles.By sorting out the cost data of the actual demolition engineering,the influencing factors of the demolition engineering cost are studied,aiming to put forward the key points to control the demolition en-gineering cost,including the calculation and disposal of the amount of construction waste,the calculation of the amount of rebar recovery and the recovery unit price.Fi-nally,a case study is carried out with a demolition project as the research object.The results show that after the op-timization of the construction waste disposal scheme,the demolition cost is reduced by 73.54%,and the cost control effect is significant.
