跨海通道监控设施综合运营及养护研究

摘要
跨海通道是当前重要的交通设施,其建设投资大、周期长,跨海通道的安全运营是保障交通畅通无阻的首要任务.文章以黄茅海跨海通道监控设施为研究对象,结合现代信息技术和智能管理手段,提出一套综合运营与养护方案.通过布设多种监控设备,实现对跨海通道全方位、实时监测与控制,提高异常检测与预警能力,有效应对各类突发事件.进行监控之后还需要建立健全的养护机制,定期对监控设施进行检修与维护,确保其长期稳定运行.文章的研究成果对提升跨海通道安全运营水平,促进交通网络发展具有积极的指导意义.
Abstract
The sea-crossing passage is an important transportation facility at present.Its construction invest-ment is large and the construction period is long.The safe operation of sea-crossing passage is the primary task to ensure the smooth traffic.Taking the monitoring facilities of Huangmaohai sea-crossing passage as the research ob-ject,combined with modern information technology and intelligent management means,this paper puts forward a set of comprehensive operation and maintenance scheme.Through the deployment of a variety of monitoring equip-ment,it can realize the all-round and real-time monitoring and control of the sea-crossing passage,improve the abil-ity of anomaly detection and early warning,and effectively deal with all kinds of emergencies.After monitoring,it is also necessary to establish a sound maintenance mech-anism,and regularly repair and maintain the monitoring facilities to ensure their long-term stable operation.The research results of this paper have positive guiding signifi-cance for improving the safe operation level of sea-cross-ing passages and promoting the development of traffic network.
