Research on Settlement Analysis and Optimization Strategy of Fire Engineering in Apartment Building
This paper deeply analyzes the problems ex-isting in the settlement of the fire protection system of an apartment building project in Guangzhou,including the calculation error of the engineering quantity,the omission in the list and the inconsistency between the drawings and the actual construction.In view of these problems,a series of reasonable economic indicators and strategies are put forward,such as strengthening the professional training of cost engineers,establishing audit teams,and using in-formation technology.The aim is to improve the quality of settlement statement preparation and help construction enterprises accurately estimate and control costs,so as to improve economic benefits and project quality,and further promote the healthy development of China's civil building electromechanical engineering.
