摘要

水利水电工程的施工管理是保障工程质量的重要环节.文章重点讨论了水利水电工程在施工过程中存在的技术难点和管理瓶颈,结合实际现场施工和管理经验,分析了水利水电工程施工技术管理水平提升的策略,最后结合具体案例展开了论述,旨在为保障水利水电工程施工的进度和质量提供指导.

Abstract

The construction management of water con-servancy and hydropower engineering is an important link to ensure the engineering quality.This paper focuses on the technical difficulties and management bottlenecks ex-isting in the construction process of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.Combined with the actual on-site construction and management experience,it analyzes the strategies for improving the construction technology management level of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,and finally discusses the specific cases,aiming to provide guidance for ensuring the progress and quality of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction.
