摘要
当前,医院项目普遍采用"代建制+EPC"模式,院方需要思索采取什么样的管理策略进行项目实际管理.文章以江苏省人民医院浦口分院三期工程为例,探讨了院方管理策略,先是分析"代建+EPC"模式下院方项目管理面临的问题,随后提出了"代建+EPC"模式下院方项目全流程管理建议及重点管理建议,最后以中心手术部设计管理经验为例分享了医疗专项设计管理经验.
Abstract
At present,the hospital project generally adopts the"agent construction system+EPC"mode,and the hos-pital needs to think about what kind of management strat-egies to adopt for the actual project management.Taking the third phase engineering of Pukou Branch of Jiangsu Province Hospital as an example,this paper discusses the hospital management strategies.It first analyzes the prob-lems faced by the hospital project management under the"agent construction system+EPC"mode,then puts for-ward the whole process management suggestions and key management suggestions for the hospital project under the"agent construction system+EPC"mode,and finally takes the design management experience of the central operation department as an example to share the experience of med-ical special design management.
