在多元化招生背景下,文章以广东工程职业技术学院电气自动化技术专业为例,分别从科学化分类分层、个性化教学设计、多样化学习资源、数字化评价体系四个方面阐述了分类分层教学模式的实施过程和成效.实践证明:分类分层教学模式一方面能尊重学生差异,因材施教,激发学生潜能;另一方面能与企业多样性岗位精准对接,提高就业质量.
Research on the Practice of Classified and Stratified Teaching Mode under the Integration of Industry and Education—Taking Electrical Automation Technology Major as an Example
Under the background of diversified enroll-ment,taking the electrical automation technology major in Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic as an example,this paper expounds the implementation process and effec-tiveness of the classified and stratified teaching mode from four aspects:scientific classification and stratification,per-sonalized teaching design,diversified learning resources and digital evaluation system.Practice has proved that:on the one hand,the classified and stratified teaching mode can respect students'differences,teach students in accord-ance with their aptitude,and stimulate students'potential;on the other hand,it can accurately connect with the di-versified posts in enterprises and improve the quality of employment.
