摘要

文章采用CAVF体积法,开展OGFC-10沥青路面设计与应用,重点对配合比优化设计、高黏沥青的施工温度区间及施工碾压技术要点展开了分析,评估试验路段的施工质量及路用性能.结果表明:OGFC-10的空隙率一般为 19%左右,铺筑后路面表观平整均匀,构造深度较大、排水良好、抗滑和抗车辙效果显著.

Abstract

CAVF volume method is used to carry out the design and application of OGFC-10 asphalt pavement.The optimization design of mixture proportion,the con-struction temperature range of high viscosity asphalt and the key points of rolling technology construction are ana-lyzed,and the construction quality and road performance of the test section are evaluated.The results show that the void fraction of OGFC-10 is generally about 19%,and the pavement after paving is smooth and uniform with large structural depth,good drainage,and significant anti-slid-ing and anti-rutting effects.
