软土路基不均匀沉降控制方案设计

城市道路路基施工常采取周围分布软土作为主要填料,软土压缩性高、孔隙比大、含水量丰富,易造成填方路基不均匀沉降,引发道路行车安全风险.针对软土路基进行加固方案设计是确保道路建设质量的关键.文章依托广东省江门市某道路软土填方路基进行不均匀沉降控制方案比选,重点阐述导管注浆技术方案设计要点,并对其施工应用效果进行评估.结果表明,无损检测技术下注浆体完整度较好,加固范围满足要求;通过水准仪进行路基表面沉降观测,最大沉降出现在路基中心位置,工后沉降量为2.6 cm,满足规范要求.
The Design of Uneven Settlement Control Scheme for Soft Soil Subgrade
Urban road subgrade construction often takes the surrounding soft soil as the main filler.Soft soil has high compressibility,large porosity ratio,rich water con-tent,which is easy to cause filled subgrade uneven set-tlement and lead to road traffic safety risk.The design of reinforcement scheme for soft soil subgrade is the key to ensure the quality of road construction.Based on the com-parison and selection of uneven settlement control schemes for soft soil filled subgrade of a road in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,this paper focuses on the key points of duct grouting technology scheme design,and evaluates its construction application effect.The results show that the integrity of the grouting body under the non-destruc-tive testing technology is good,and the reinforcement range meets the requirements;the settlement of the sub-grade surface is observed by the leveling instrument,the maximum settlement occurs at the center of the subgrade,and the post-construction settlement is 2.6 cm,which meets the requirements of the specification.
