基于齿轮参数优化的减速器传动效率提升方法研究

文章以某一级减速器为例,针对小齿轮轴和大齿轮轴的参数进行优化,通过确定齿数比、模数、齿宽、压力角、螺旋角、齿顶高系数和顶隙系数等参数范围,建立目标函数和约束条件,并采用遗传算法进行优化.优化结果显示,减速器传动效率从98.4%提高到99.0%,齿轮啮合功率损失从127.5 W降至100 W,验证了齿轮参数优化方法的有效性和实用性.
Research on the Transmission Efficiency Improvement Method of Reducer Based on Gear Parameter Optimization
Taking a first-grade reducer as an example,this paper optimizes the parameters of small gear shaft and large gear shaft,establishes the objective function and constraints by determining the parameter ranges of gear ratio,module,tooth width,pressure angle,helix angle,addendum coefficient and clearance coefficient,and opti-mizes them by using genetic algorithm.The optimization results show that the transmission efficiency of the reducer is increased from 98.4%to 99.0%,and the gear meshing power loss is reduced from 127.5 W to 100 W,which veri-fies the effectiveness and practicality of the gear parameter optimization method.
