摘要
文章旨在探讨土地利用总体规划实施评价的理论和方法,以提高土地利用效率和管理水平.通过构建评价指标体系和模型,对某地区的土地利用总体规划实施效果进行量化评价和分析.评价体系涵盖土地集约利用程度、土地开发程度、生态影响等指标,使评结果更全面和客观,可为其他土地利用总体规划的实施提供参考.
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the theory and methods of general land use planning implementation evaluation,in order to improve the land use efficiency and management level.By constructing the evaluation index system and model,the implementation effect of the general land use planning in a certain region is quantitatively eval-uated and analyzed.The evaluation system covers indexes such as the degree of intensive land use,the degree of land development,and the ecological impact,making the evaluation results more comprehensive and objective.The evaluation results can provide reference for the implemen-tation of other general land use planning.
