摘要

针对串珠状溶洞或大型溶洞、相邻桩位溶洞连通的桩基,以及特殊路段喀斯特发育,需保全临边建筑物的复杂施工工况,文章提出了一新的桥梁工程溶洞桩基双液注浆施工工艺.与传统工艺相比,该工艺具有取材方便,注浆过程浆液不溢流,操作面积小,有利于保护环境,水泥浆注喷压力大,可连续作业,工期可控性强,浆液配比现场调整,注浆效果操控性大等优点,有较高的推广价值.

Abstract

Aiming at the complex construction conditions of bead-like caves or large caves,pile foundations with connected karst caves at adjacent pile positions,and the development of karst in special road sections,which need to preserve the side buildings,this paper puts forward a new double-liquid grouting construction process for karst cave pile foundation in bridge engineering.Compared with the traditional process,this process has the advantages of convenient adoption of materials,no overflow of slurry in the grouting process,small operation area,being conducive to protecting the environment,high cement slurry injection pressure,allowing continuous operation,strong control-lability of the construction period,on-site adjustment of slurry ratio,and large manipulability of the grouting effect,etc.,and it has high promotion value.
