文章以某住宅小区的外墙岩棉板保温施工为例,通过对施工环节的分析,总结了一套科学严谨的岩棉板外墙保温施工工序.研究发现,岩棉板的精准裁切和牢固粘贴是保证外保温系统性能的关键,接缝处的填充和找平处理是增强整体保温效果的有效手段.最后,文章针对抹面层施工提出了相应的控制措施和技术要求,对指导岩棉板外墙外保温工程的施工具有一定的参考价值,可为类似工程提供技术借鉴.
Abstract
Taking the exterior wall stone wool board in-sulation construction of a residential community as an example,through the analysis of the construction links,this paper summarizes a set of scientific and rigorous stone wool board exterior wall insulation construction proce-dures.It is found that the precise cutting and firm bonding of stone wool board is the key to ensuring the performance of the external thermal insulation system,and the filling and leveling treatment at the joints is an effective means to enhance the overall thermal insulation effect.Finally,the corresponding control measures and technical require-ments are proposed for the construction of the plastering layer,which has certain reference value for guiding the construction of the stone wool board exterior wall external insulation engineering,and can provide technical reference for similar engineering.
