摘要
为解决传统施工管理过程中安全质量管理制度不完善、缺乏有效监督、过程管理粗放等问题,文章基于BIM技术、云计算和物联网技术,在建筑施工期间以BIM为核心,自主开发了BIM质量安全管理平台框架,通过构建统一的协同管理平台系统,开发了实名信息管理、安全文明线上检查、质量验收流程精准化改造等创新功能,将复杂的建筑信息转化为直观、可视化的数据,提升了项目管理的透明度和效率,也提高了施工现场的安全管理水平,确保了数据的可追溯,打破了传统管理中的信息孤岛现象,实现了项目参与各方的实时信息共享与高效协同工作.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of imperfect safety and quality management system,lack of effective supervision and extensive process management in the tra-ditional construction management process,based on BIM technology,cloud computing and Internet of Things tech-nology,the BIM quality and safety management platform framework is independently developed with BIM as the core during the construction period.By constructing a uni-fied collaborative management platform system,innovative functions such as real name information management,on-line inspection of safety civilization,and precise transfor-mation of quality acceptance process are developed,which transforms complex building information into intuitive and visual data,and improves the transparency and effi-ciency of project management.It also improves the safety management level of the construction site,ensures the traceability of data,breaks the phenomenon of information silo in traditional management,and realizes the real-time information sharing and efficient collaborative work of all parties involved in the project.
