Research on the Training Mode of E-commerce Professional Talent in Higher Vocational College Based on Rural Revitalization Strategy
With the comprehensive promotion of the ru-ral revitalization strategy,the application of e-commerce in rural areas is becoming more and more important.As the training base of professional talents,higher vocational colleges need to re-examine and adjust the talent training mode of e-commerce major to meet the needs of rural revitalization.Focusing on the actual needs of e-com-merce major in rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training process,such as the disconnection of curriculum system,the lack of double-position teachers,the limited resources for practice teaching and the difficulty in changing students'employment concept.Furthermore,it puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the curriculum system,build double-position teacher team,promote the cooperation between government,school and enterprise,and reform the evaluation system,aiming to cultivate more e-commerce professional talents with practical operation ability and in-novative thinking for rural revitalization.
